Rooms needs a little update. Contad is advertised as luxury, but it didn’t feel that. Barhroom needs a seious uodate. Towels are old, bathroom floors have stained, and carpet needs to be changed . The staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotels location being connected to the mall was the best part of it.

Executive lounge staff were excellent . Manager Yung on night duty was professional and made sure that guests had a perfect experience . Gideon and Paul (gym manager) were excellent, they showed us the sauna and other amenities. Paul saw I was walking barefoot and he hurriedly provided slippers around the pool area. An excellent hotel. No complaints overall. The nearby fair does get noisy at night until about midnight from our room. But I’m sure not all rooms have that issue. Being near the Mall of Asia and the connected smaller mall gave lots of dining options. The staff were attentive though there were a lot of them all the time. The daily snacks offered were good. We will definitely consider staying again.

We loved this hotel, everything was great, room, food, location, staff. We really liked the mall which belonged to this hotel, many stores, nice restaurants and much more!!! Can only recommend!!
