“The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony...

“Great hotel, the dining options inside the building are really something else, Still they offer information and reservations in outside restaurants, indoor pool is a great option, life guards in all pools and beach makes it fee really safe, friendly staff”

“The most important thing to me is Customer Service and they were above and beyond! The facility was really nice and clean! We would be happy to stay there again!”

“Great location! And beautiful beach. Very close convenient store 7 eleven Don’t have breakfast Buffete Need a car rental to move around. The rooms are not so big. The hotel personnel are very kind.”

“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

“El servicio, facilities y mas, fueron increibles. Fue el hotel que mas disfrutamos”
