The service at the hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Housekeeping attended to our room twice a day, ensuring everything was always pristine. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. 全体的に大変満足で、幸せなひと時を過ごす事が出来ました。 ただ、今回5泊滞在してみての感想としては 朝食を3会場から選べるのですが（和ビュッフェ、和洋ビュッフェ、和食） 我が家は子どももいたため1番種類の多い和洋ビュッフェで朝食をする事がほとんどでした。 滞在中メニューがほとんど変わらず毎日同じだったのが少し残念でした、、、。 パンの種類やフルーツもほとんど同じで、もう少しメニューが変わるとさらに滞在を楽しめたかなと思います。 また、昼間は外出していて夕方に急いで帰って急いでプールに入る事が多かったです。（プールは16:00までのため） もう少しプールの営業時間が長ければもう少しホテルステイも楽しめたかなと思います。 それ以外はスタッフさんの対応もとても良く 大変満足でした。

コネクティングルームを頼んだ結果、309,310号室をアサインされたが、正直言って最悪な部屋位置。２度とお断り。同室に向かう途中はリネンや清掃員控え室があり、朝も夕刻も汚いシーツやゴミの入ったカードが廊下を埋め尽くし、清掃員のアジア人が沢山タムロしており、挙げ句の果てにはエレベーターに向かう途中の清掃員控え室の扉がいきなり開き、そこをエレベーターに向かう我々に扉が衝突、謝罪はあったがそれは当たり前！、もう不衛生極まり無い。 ブセナに泊まると意気込んで行ったが、何故あんな部屋を充てがわれたのか…２度と利用したくない。各部屋はツインで二室隣り合わせなら自ずとコネクティングになるだろう？！ そんなに安価な部屋を頼んだのか？！ うんざり！

全体の明るい雰囲気が良かった 朝食中でも親切なスタッフの声掛けが嬉しかった ガゼボスイートのジャグジーのカーテンが破けたらカビが生えているのでぜひ次回までには取り替えて欲しいです。

Great location with beach access. Very clean and excellent service. The big downside is the extremely slow internet speed in the evening hours, basically dial-up speed which is not acceptable for a 5star hotel.
