From the moment we were dropped off to the seamless check-in and the staff personally walking us to our room, we were blown away. Staff very welcoming and amazing service, and lovely property. Rooms closer to main road than expected - can hear the motor bikes roaming the couple of nights we stayed there. Wonderful breakfast - a la carte a bit lacking. Really enjoyed dinner at Shiroux with various courses well explained in English. Would definitely stay again.

The Halekulani Okinawa is unmatched in service by anyone. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The staff is welcoming, kind, attentive and respectful. We had every need met as soon as we asked. In room dining in our suite was like a restaurant meal, perfect service. Our only disappointment was that the pools were not heated for winter use.

A nice time at the Halekulani Okinawa. Spacious sunset suite room with view. Tasty breakfast buffet. Excellent spa and massage. Relaxing pool and paths around the colorful grounds. Dropped off the 3-yro at the Kids Club and she had a great time with Candy and Tink. Our kayak trip was rainy and they offered us a makeup for free. Recommend a rental car to explore the north and south of OKI. Save up for the tasty AOMI dinner and the Kingdom steak.

While the surroundings are pleasant, the service feels somewhat excessive. The number of staff members outnumbers guests in certain facilities, making it difficult to feel at ease. The room size is considerably smaller than anticipated. Regrettably, the overall price-performance ratio is disappointing.
