“I had a problem with my first room. Dirty towels and an unchanged bed. It was very unpleasant. The reception dismissed it as a normal occurrence and promptly offered a new room to look at. This was clean at least. The bathroom door did stick and I was locked in, (my partner had to kick it open) so this would be most distressing is staying alone. All this said, the room rates are well below average in the area, especially for a weekend.”

“Me ha parecido un lugar perfecto donde además los perros son bien recibidos. ”

Thank you, we will...

I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...
