“The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...

“The hotel itself was good. Rooms and amenities was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good, however a more upmarket resturant would have been nice instead of a sports bar. The down side was that they have wedding receptions, trying to get to sleep while music is being blasted out for hours is not relaxing. I wouldn't have paid to stop there if Id had known that The room would sound like the inside of a night club.”
