“Fabulous B&B…traditional pub with great rooms with modern showers. Dinner used local ingredients and was very tasty and generous portion size. Breakfast had nice thick bacon, local sausage and all the usual black pudding, mushroom, tomato, beans and hash browns. Would thoroughly recommend”

“From arrival to leaving nothing was too much trouble. I was on my own and the staff were more than helpful as to where to visit . The food was varied and excellent. Breakfast was basic continental but didn’t want any more. I make what I consider sensible comments not criticism and mentioned these to them. 1 possibly a small fridge in the room in view of current conditions but found out I was lucky and had a larger room so this wasn’t feasible throughout. “Helpful staff and comfy stop over”

“Very easy to find with a large car park at the back. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of drinks was great with it having its own distillery. The food was beautiful and freshly prepared. The room was just as you would expect and the bed was so comfortable! The set up overall was perfect. Would go back next time we’re there. There are also busses that run outside so no need to use your car.”
