“Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The building itself was absolutely stunning with bags of character. The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. “I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”
