Dundee Vacations

Or unit has a troubled A/C. I called the office and they had the unit replaced by the time we returned. That unit failed to turn on and they gave us a new room. DBS is a beautiful beach neighborhood Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and well stocked kitchenette. For the price it was perfect.

Perfect! Beautiful hotel and restaurant

Terrible Experience – Room Not as Advertised and Refund Still Pending My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked a one-bedroom condo with a balcony and ocean view, but instead, I was given a first-floor unit overlooking a public patio, with absolutely no privacy. I couldn’t even open the curtains without people outside being able to see directly into the room. To make matters worse, there were no privacy curtains to help with this issue. The bedroom didn’t even have a window, which made the entire unit feel claustrophobic and confining. It was nothing like the accommodations I had booked or expected. I originally reserved three nights but ended up staying only one, and only because it was already late and I couldn’t find alternative accommodations. I would have left immediately if I had another option. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund for the two unused nights. This has only added to an already terrible experience. Overall, this stay was unacceptable. The room did not meet my expectations based on the type of accommodation I booked, the lack of privacy was extremely uncomfortable, and the unresolved refund is very frustrating. I would not recommend this property.
