We had an amazing time and loved our room! We loved the friendly staff and family friendly atmosphere without being too kid centered. Only thing we had trouble with were with our coffee maker not working, one TV not connecting to the internet and a dryer that we had to wait until Saturday to get someone to fix bec it was too late Friday night when we went to use it

Here’s a short version you can post:
Universal’s Surfside is always a solid choice for a good price and a great location. The shuttle to the parks is a huge plus, the pool is nice, and having Starbucks right in the lobby is very convenient. My only complaint was check-in. Our room wasn’t ready until well after 4:30 PM, which was frustrating since we had to wait around in the lobby. They could definitely improve on having rooms ready on time. Overall, still a good value and a hotel we would stay at again.
