“The bed was terrible. They finally moved me to another room, and things improved a little; however, the noise from the cleaning staff in the mornings was terrible—it was impossible to get any rest. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but they really need to make improvements.”

“Our keys would not unlock the outside door and the desk employee tried fixing them with no luck so we had to move all of our things to another room 2 doors down. The plastic thing that holds the coffee pod was the wrong size for the coffee maker but the morning staff gave us the correct size. The beds were very comfortable and noise level was great. We liked the view of the water from the second floor room 214. Even though we had the problems, the staff was very helpful solving the problems. We...
