The air conditioning in the room I booked for my mother wasn't working, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a family room at no extra cost. The room was spacious and came with complete kitchen amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. Thanks a lot to the hotel and the staff for decorating the room for my son's 16th birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made his celebration even more...

Our favorite staff members were definitely Ashley, the bartender by the pool, and the hosts during breakfast! We definitely had a very excellent stay from start to finish. My family is already talking about staying at the same hotel when we go back to the Philippines years from now.”
