Definitely feeling of a resort in the heart of the city. Always brings me back here. Staff is very friendly and ever so helpful. Nice airconditioned rooms. Wifi. Poolside seating and bar.

Its in the middle of the redlight district. We were originally above the bar which was right next to the street. After the first night we asked if we could move and were placed in much better rooms and quieter. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar kitchen produces delicious Phillipino food and Western food. We were moved to the Jasmine wing which was quieter.

Room was clean and the service was awesome with the from desk. They were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It would it ve better if was a soft and more ergonomic. Overall was a good stay in walking distance of everything.

Pleasant stay

Overall the hotel was good. Only downside was when I went to the room, there was a cockroach on the wall and another in the bathroom. The staff was informed and they had it removed. The shower area was a little small for a guy my size, and hot water was inconsistent. However the room and the bed was comfy.

This place is disgusting, very old and dirty need a major renovation, my reservations was for 5 days I checked out the next day and move to another hotel, they’re operating a hotel which is below standard I am very disappointed.

I was booked into the hotel After a long journey i was given a ground floor room off the bar that was absolutely appalling I asked to be moved to the sister hotel the wild orchid which was fantastic at a cost Another £800 Very unhappy at the time but loved my stay there

I would not let my dog live in this place Dirtiest place I’ve ever seen in my travels. Stayed 1 night of 4 and tried to cancel but no refund. Went and booked another place as I could fester in this place any longer
