Hotel setting in the club/party district. My room was on the 6th floor and the street noise level was pretty loud until 0100 am each day. The lobby was very busy with guests coming and going. If I had been there for partying, it would be a good place to stay. But unfortunately I was visiting for medical visits, so I chose the wrong location for accomedations. Resort means different things depending on purpose of visit. The restaurant on the roof provided excellent wait staff service both in the restaurant and in my room.
