Cleaning staff front desk door attendants all very helpful. Proxmity to the mall was amazing. Only bad part is only one entrance and if you come during traffic good luck to you.

Parking was good was given a pass to the mall parking and didn't have issues finding a spot. be sure you can back into a parking spot. BBQ and karoke by the pool was great. only issue is getting into the property as there is really only one car entrance. If you get there during traffic its frustrating
