“The room was quite Old, but nice place to stay, huge swimming Pool, limited Carpark Area, the Lift was old, Abit scary to use,, may breakdown anytime. Front Office was polite. Need to improve on hotel Facility”

Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc.”

“Hotel lobby looks spacious and elegant but but the room is totally different 😖Room furniture is old, the bed springs are bad and they are sink down, bathroom no hand towel no tissue paper, shower room is small. Breakfast so so. Disappointed😞”
