“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. “The property is a 200 year old property that has been renovated over the years. More akin to a B&B. Our room was very comfortable. the bed was a little creaky but we were exhausted and slept well. It worked well in a pinch. The proprietor, Edwina, was great.”
