“We were quite disappointed with our stay. There are many rooms, so we found it difficult to understand that the bathroom was a shared facility. We were not aware of this when we booked the room.
More importantly, there was a cockroach inside the electric kettle in our room, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. We were also disturbed by a lot of noise throughout the night, so we were unable to sleep properly.

“I stayed in a single room which was comfortable and convenient to my needs.
I treated myself to an upgrade in the Residence for two nights which was wonderful.
Would very much like to stay there again.
Only see staff when needed but they are always helpful and will go out of their way to provide what you ask for.”
