Personal amable”

“Lovely host and beautiful place”

“This property is not a hotel. It is a pub with rooms to let. It is misleading to think of this as a hotel. The beds were comfy and clean. The room itself was old fashioned and shabby with ripped carpets. The bathroom was appalling. No blind on the window which faced the village and had the toilet right next to it. “Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.”

“The room was very unique as well as clean and well maintained. We had a view of the Harbour. When we left before breakfast was served, they brought us two hampers with croissants, juice, milk and cereals, a really nice touch.”
