The room was clean but small, and our shower was particularly cramped because of a cutout for ducting. The staff were generally helpful but one front desk person gave us a weird vibe, as if he wondered why we were even staying there. Additionally, housekeeping came quite late in the day, sometimes after 4pm when we would have liked a siesta.

We had a great stay at Uma house! The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean and the rooftop is beautiful and a very nice place to hangout. The location is also perfect, almost everything is at a walking distance. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to visit Barcelona and be able to get around easily.

AC didn’t work well in my room which was 611, during my 1 week stay, it was always damp feeling in my room. There seemed to be black mold above the upper right corner of the ac vent that was in the sleeping area, there was also water dripping from a different vent in the entrance hall. There appeared to be water damage in the ceiling outside room 611 and a water stain on the carpet underneath
