We found the room quite small and the foam mattresses too hard. Also, the fridge in the room was filled with 14 cans of drinks that we have to purchase, and there was no space to put our own waterbottles. Also we found the breakfast to be quite expensive for a buffet breakfast. Otherwise the space was clean and decorated nicely. We found the nightly room rate to be quite high for a hotel quite far from downtown. On a positive note the neighbourhood was fairly quiet and safe.

Incredible Stay. Great hotel, Super Friendly and helpful staff, very kind put us in a great room with a great view. The restuarant SiSi on the 15th floor rooftop was also great. The room was nice and modern, staff were friendly. There were lots of cool places around th building to hang out. Love the fact there’s a laundry room for longer stays. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. Fantastic views, good food and great cocktails. The staff were super friendly. Location is really central but you can get around easily via the tram and metro.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was close to the beach and had a cozy, pleasant atmosphere—perfect if you want easy access to everything in the city while staying slightly removed from the busier, more tourist-heavy areas. The rooftop bar was excellent for pre-dinner or post-dinner drinks. The room was of a very high standard, and the service was great, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided every day. A solid 10/10.

The gym and room size were great so I’ll start with the positives However I had a variety of issues at this hotel. The room was on the second floor and had many small and large flies inside the room. I brought this to the attention of staff my first day and was told they’d follow up but never did. Then my 3rd and 4th nights / mornings were interrupted by DRILLING that was going on with out any informed consent to staying in the room. The room felt unclean with the flies and I was unable to rest. They did offer me to move on my final night but I was unable to do so as it was my last day in Barcelona and busy and highly inconvenient for me to pack and then unpack and repack for the airport. The room on the second floor also had a view of a dirt pile and a direct window to the trash trucks at 5am waking me up on Monday and Tuesday morning I had to follow up three times with different staff members to finally get an answer. I asked for compensation for being unable to sleep in the room I paid for and was denied support. They offered me breakfast and late check out as if that is equal in compensation to my losses at the hotel. At 300 a night I’d expect more. And I was highly disappointed in the lack of follow up and basic comfort I was offered at this hotel.
