“The staff are more concerned about spending time outside on the sidewalk smoking than helping quests. My room didn’t have towels and I had to request them several times. In fact , I didn’t get them until the next morning. Also the shower stall had a hair ball floating around in it. A single hair I could handle but not a hair ball. The shower was definitely not cleaned in awhile.”

“This is a really nice "old fashioned" hotel with remodeled rooms. Decor was very nice, bed was comfortable, and TV was huge. It still seems to be a work in progress, though, with a DYI feel to some of the maintenance. For instance, huge microwave is on a very wobbly shelf that seems sure to fail at one point. No place to put soap of washcloth in shower expect floor - and no grab bar to hold onto when bending down to get them. No elevator, either, so be prepared to carry everything up one or two...

“The hotel room was cozy, the bed super comfy, the outdoor balcony that runs the full length of the building a delightful spot to sit and read. The free parking is at the rear of the building. A huge thanks to Andrea at Reception who is very welcoming and happy to suggest places to eat and to visit.”
