Not a bad place to stay in St. John's as long as you have a car. Place was nice and clean but needs updating in general. Room was a good size. Restaurant attached was really good and we enjoyed the included breakfast.

The place was suitable and clean. It is dated but the beds were comfortable and the pub next door was good. We liked the close proximity to downtown St. John’s. Our main complaint was the incredibly loud air conditioning unit right beside the bed. It rumbled, roared and delivered a high pitch in cycles. My second night was one without sleep. Even my hard of hearing husband found it loud. With no option to open the window for fresh air, we were hooped if we didn’t want a warm and muggy sleep.

Overall place was nice and in a very good location. The Pub on site was okay however understaffed for breakfast and some of the taps were flat. But the rooms and stay were nice I would come back for accommodations again.
