“All the rooms are on ground floor and are easily got to through multiple fire doors. Rooms seem clean and well presented”

The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests. “AVOID THE HOTEL VERSION OF A SUPERMARKET SELF SERVICE TILL. No staff AT ALL on site. You’re sent a code to get in. The room was horrid. Broken bed, rips in curtain. Leaking toilet, broken toilet seat and sink plug. Heavily stained carpet. I ARRIVED but if you needed to speak to someone, you had to ring a number.
