“Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

“After climbing 2 flights of stairs and entering the room we felt really disappointed. The bed linen had not been ironed and was really creased up. It made me question if it had been changed at all. The coat hangers where all different which didn't look nice. The toilet seat was loose. The housekeepers didn't ask if we needed anything as we stayed 2 nights. The owner walked into our room looking for the housekeepers and didn't knock, however he did get a fan for us for the second night as it was...

“This hotel met all my requirements for a basic overnight stay and was the best price I could find locally by a distance. I would definitely book again. ”

“Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'”

“Estábamos alojados en el piso 3 y el ascensor no funcionaba, el baño no estaba en la habitación y en la descripción de la habitación no se indica. El check in hay que llamar antes porque no suele haber nadie. Para pasar una noche no está mal. El desayuno justito. El café malísimo. Lo mejor la atención de la recepcionista, simpática y amable. ”
