“The room was basic but clean and well presented. Great breakfast with a good choice. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, although we booked a table for dinner at 8.30pm and didn't get our meal until 9.30pm as there was a large party booked in before us. Overall a pleasant one night stay,”

“Reservé 3 habitaciones para mi familia en una única transacción, por lo tanto se supone que las tres habitaciones eran iguales, misma cantidad de personas, el desayuno incluido, idéntico. “We stayed here 2 nights, the first night we had no sleep. The rooms have no sound proofing at all, the other guests were making so much noise until very late. The breakfast was basic but fine. Overall if you have an option to stay somewhere else I was recommend doing so.”

“A fabulous find in a great location in Leamington. A short walk to town but very quiet overnight. Comfortable bed with great pillows :) and a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Martha was a great host - thanks!”

“Really needs a cleaning and update”
