Great stay, we were attending a wedding so only a brief stay but good clean room and comfortable bed, breakfast was busy but staff coped well and were constantly replacing items on the cooked breakfast buffet. Great value for money and excellent stay.

The hotel was a short walk from the station with clean, good sized rooms. Staff at check-in were very friendly. Shower was also very hot. Despite this, I would not stay again. The WiFi doesn’t work properly (standard or premium) - could barely send an email when you’re travelling for work this is an issue. Signal was also poor. My colleague experienced the same issues.

Poorly maintained. Room air conditioning broken during heat wave. Thank goodness for the fan they provided. Lampshade in my room was broken. Seal on shower door was cracked, luckily I managed not to flood the bathroom. Plenty of hot water & powerful shower though. Cleaners didn't remove glasses from the room so these stacked up Reception staff were helpful in providing ice on request. Hotel is good for the station but you need to walk through some underpasses to get to the centre of town which was slightly nerve wrecking at night. About 10 minutes walk to the centre of town so location good.

Wonderful room with comfortable bed. Unique in the round shower room with in the round shower. Quiet location with some traffic but pedestrian subway underpasses made it an essy walk to the city centre. Did not feel unsafe. We will use this hotel again on visits.

The room was quiet, clean and easy to find. There's a lovely big shower, and the bed is really comfortable. I tried to alter the aircon, which turned it off, but a member of staff came up and immediately helped me sort it out. Before I arrived, I had to add an extra night to my stay. They helped me find the cheapest option, and even made notes on my original booking so that I could stay in the same room for the extra night. Really lovely people and a nice hotel.

Very cheap City Centre hotel. I paid under £60 for a dounle room on a midweek to attend a conference at the CBS Arena. Expectation was low having stayed at some other Ibis City Centre hotels but couldnt really fault it. Nice reception area with usual small bar athough they had a pool table also. Reception was very polite and helpful. Room was basic but the bed was comfy, it was clean and the ai con worked! Overall if you are on a budget and need somewhere central to stay, this one is 7 min walk from station.
