Lodges en Brassington

“We stayed in a four poster bedroom in late October 26. The hotel is a fascinating place (in a good way). Steeped in history but extremely well maintained. The bedroom was superb, luxurious and super clean with a very comfortable bed. We had both evening meal and breakfast at the hotel. Both were exceptional and decent value too. The staff were all professional, polite and friendly. Only minor gripe is the parking. The hotel parking itself is small and tight. Plus you will need to be there...

“Fabulous bed and breakfast with superb food - a huge and delicious breakfast. All food in the restaurant was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable and clean room and very comfortable bed. Loved our stay here. Train station is less than a 5 minute walk away.”

“I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”

“Very well located to walk and run around the Lathkil Dale valley. Nice restaurant for dinner as well. Awesome landscapes!”

“The Pilsley Inn is the quintessential English country side experience. The room was thoughtfully appointed and way bigger than expected. Cozy bed, nice linens and thoughtful touches everywhere. The staff were delightful, each and every one of them. And the food…omg, the food! So good! We wish we booked more than one night!”

“Recently completed refurbishment to a high standard of finish, with ample space and facilities.”

“👍”

“Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it.”

“We welcomed the useful car park with my daughter’s pending wedding and ease of access to town. Room was clean but very hot although fan was provided but noisy overnight and didn’t rotate & only one window opened - Despite this and noisy guests in proximity - everything else was good. Breakfast and staff were helpful and especially at breakfast the staff member was pleasant and I noted took time to talk to guests and was very amenable. Thank you for a good stay prior to wedding. 😊”

“Lots of accommodation option in separate estate cottages attached to the pub”

“Really clean room had everything you need. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shops were a five minute walk but down a steep hill but we didn't mind.”

“Absolutely beautiful and quaint, similar to what you see in period movies and tv shows. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend suite 1. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and en-suite were remodeled recently, keeping the old world charm with updated amenities.”
