“This is a positive review with a couple of caviats. The Stsndsrd apartment with courtyard view location was perfect and the apartment was very clean with nice kitchenette and good sized bathroom however it was advertised as having a double and two single beds and when we arrived late afternoon discovered it only had one single bed and a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. We were left with no option to accept as to find other accomodation at this late stage would have been neigh on...

Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. ”

“Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side. Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well. Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs. Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes. Fantastic evening meal and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel.”

“The whole hotel was spotless. The rooms were quiet, I slept very well, and the food was amazing. We were visiting from Houston, Texas, and would definitely like to visit again. ”
