“we stayed 3 nights in room 11. it s a small guest house with basic but comfortable rooms . good location walking distance from gangaramaya temple, good breakfast , excellent dinner and extremely kind and helpfull staff. only con: the tuk tuk guy who waits just off the hotel gate . he asks double or triple price for every trip you might be interested in. just ignore him and walk 3 minutes to the main road where metered tuk are available”

“I have travelled the World extensively, and this property is possibly my favourite of any I have stayed in. It maintains old world colonial character and charm, with its very high standards, excellent staff, and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 8 years ago and have been planning g a return since. Altisimamente recomendable. ”

“Would recommend. Good location. Nice and quiet area. Room was very clean. Nice hotel overall”

“Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with.”

“Overall great experience. ”
