Everything was absolutely great here EXCEPT they charged me a hefty fee to get into my room a few hours early after a long overnight flight when I just needed to sleep. The room was clean and available, but they didn't let me in without paying extra. I was already paying a lot for a nice room so that annoyed me. And I checked out the night before and of course they didn't give me any money back for leaving 14 hours early. A premium hotel with nice employees and excellent food. BUT little things like that charge for a room that was mine and empty will linger with me in my memory of their approach to their guests.

The hotel and rooms are great. The infinity pool overlooking the Indian ocean is a sight to behold. We had dinner and breakfast buffets at the Quizine and the food was very flavourful and lots of variety.

This hotel is the best resort in all over the Sri Lanka. Their service is excellent, nicely decorated rooms with every single amenity, and their breakfast and dinner buffet are really good quality taste and superb!
