“Our first night we got in late and went straight to bed and in the morning when my grandsons went to fix their bed the six year old was grossed out by the blood on the pillow not on the pillow case, so we took it directly downstairs to the front desk and the person at the front desk reacted shocked and that he was gonna talk to the head house cleaner and he would replace the pillow to our room and asked what can he do to make it right? But nothing happened and they never even replaced the pillow...

“Incredible the staff is amazing and so welcoming. I would definitely go back”

“The complete property is beautiful. The classic feel all around is comforting and elegant. The size of the room and bathroom is amazing. The main lobby is impressive. The only detail that should be taken into consideration: the size and amount of soap in the bathroom and the lack of water bottles to drink is important.”

“Check in was quick and the reception was amazing! The sweetest I’ve ever had”

“No parking at the apartment but not far. A lot of panhandlers surrounding the property but I guess that can be expected in any city. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops.”
