Great value for the money. Clean rooms, great bathroom and excellent shower. The place feels now and it is spotless. The breakfast is meh but adequate: bagels, pastries, bread, unremarkable eggs, sausage/bacon and potatoes. Couple of cereals and fresh waffles.

The main entrance to the hotel was locked and had to be opened at the front desk at 2;30 in the afternoon. The front desk clerk was not friendly. The pool was closed. A chair in the room had stains on it...should have been thrown out. The view of downtown was nice, but the windows looked like the outsides are never cleaned. This hotel is also in a sketchy neighborhood. Good things: parking was decent. Right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Pool was open for my 11 years old son to play. Parking available, but they wanted to charged it for the weekend, when the reservation was stating parking was free. We were there as a family for a volleyball tournament.

I had pre-booked, so check-in was a breeze. The lobby and public areas are clean and modern. The well maintained pool area was a favorite of the kids. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. All this was possible because of the incredible staff at this Comfort Inn.

We stayed while my mother was in intensive care at AGH. The staff were amazing and so caring! The hotel was so close by and felt like home. Super clean, very comfortable, and couldn’t ask for better staff!
