I was very thankful that they let us have an early check-in. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Parking is convenient. Breakfast was very, very good! The check in process was so easy, even at ungodly hours in the night, with the nicest staff ever! The rooms were neat and clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast selection was perfect, you got a little bit of everything! Definitely will be booking here again the next time we’re in Pittsburgh!

I stayed here for two nights and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee line got backed up because of some odd machines they decided to use. The room was very nice and clean and the shower was great… no problem with hot water and a nice grab bar. Elevators were a bit slow during the morning rush, but otherwise just fine. It was very close (10 minute drive) to Mount Washington, where my daughter lives, so it was really convenient. The hotel had lots of parking available. I’ve stayed at a few other places around Pittsburgh and I’ll probably stay here the next time I go.
