Good place to stay, whether it's for work nearby or for a place that's quick into downtown Pittsburg. Staff was very helpful. Beds were very good. Breakfast was good. The fitness center was exceptional, and pool was wonderful.

Upon arriving at the property, curb appeal was a little lacking. However, never judge a book by its cover. When we got inside, the hotel was clean, well appointed, and the amenities were all there. The morning breakfast was good. Plenty of variety to make everyone happy. I have to say the most impressive part of the stay was Shane at the front desk. He was very personable and he was a tremendous help at check in. The location is ideal if you are traveling into downtown Pittsburgh. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay was good. Was in town for the game. Easy access to bus ( Uber was way expensive) close enough to downtown and stadium. Breakfast was ok PANCAKE machine was malfunctioning. ( should invest in waffle maker)Will probably stay there again next time I'm in town for a game.

My stay was good and what I expected for the cost. I was anticipating a soft cushioned chair in the room for relaxation. Unfortunately there was none the only chair available was a desk chair. But the bed and the bathroom, especially the shower head was adjustable for a good neck and shoulder massage with great water pressure and the amenities were very good the breakfast was exceptional for the cost. This was my second time choosing this hotel for a conference at the convention center. I was not disappointed.

I was very thankful that they let us have an early check-in. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Parking is convenient. Breakfast was very, very good! Great location to get into downtown Pittsburgh and other locations quickly and easily. Will definitely stay here again!

I don't think the outside from the parking lot was the most inviting. But once inside, it's very well lit and beautiful. And the room was excellent, minus having no USB ports for charging. The bed was great, the bathroom was very nice.

The location for us was perfect. We visited the Cultural District, museums and restaurants downtown, and the North and South Shores. We spent several days visiting Carnegie/Crafton/Rosslyn Farms/ Mt Lebanon neighborhoods. Location was central to everything. The staff was tremendously helpful. Everything was very clean. I would have liked a little more lighting in the room. But when i come to Pittsburgh again I will stay there again.

The Staff was absolutely phenomenal now the cleanliness of the facility was atrocious the was a Toyota SUV in the parking garage filled with garbage and the smell from it coming of the Elevator was enough to make my wife to vomit in the spot
