“De los mejores hoteles para hospedarte”

“All the staff were so friendly. The bar staff especially Phil were excellent. We were there for an 80th birthday. My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put...

“Sábanas muy viejas, necesitan urgente renovación. Al acostarme, la cama estaba mal hecha con las sábanas mal puestas, quedaba parte del colchón si sábanas. Falta urgente capacitación para enseñar a hacer una cama.”

“Fabulous hotel!”

“We were here for a party, the room was very nice and the food was very good. We had a drink and met friends in the bar before hand, there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in there and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and there was plenty of choice. We didn't use the spa but it looked busy and inviting.”
