“A distinct lack of staff all through my stay particularly at breakfast. Reception was unattended both at check in and check out.”

However, the staff were brilliant and provided us with brand new fans, and bottles of cold water which helped the kids get to sleep. The room itself is in need of a deep clean. We had a family room - the beds were really comfortable with clean bedding and towels.
