“This hotel was definitely disappointing. All of the rooms are enclose and have no outside access or windows. This would’ve been helpful to know prior to booking. Some of the expected amenities of a hotel were not available like a full length mirror, iron and board, toiletries, etc. The floor that we were on had additional steps from the elevator, which, of course we could not carry the luggage cart up and made handling luggage difficult. Again this information would have been nice to know...
