Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at hotel. Sadly we weren’t feeling well after eating at local hot chicken place but the hotel is hands down a great place to stay. Beautiful spacious room with a view. Comfy couch and very nice bathroom. The shower has great water pressure. Very clean. Very nice staff. Highly recommend.

I wish I knew the gentleman's name who greeted us & gave us awesome recommendations on what to do & where to eat. The breakfast was fresh & a wonderful assortment to choose from (thank you for making it 'free'). Our room was very large & very clean, the views of the mountains were beautiful! The shower pressure was great and water hot. My ONLY COMPLAINT was that the pool was under construction and it was NEVER STATED ANYWHERE, except the front desk after check in. This was one of the reasons we stayed there and the female clerks were sorta rude and said it was stated on their websight...FYI, IT ISN'T!!! My Only recommendation is my room needed another trashcan or 2 & a slightly larger fridge would have been helpful. If I am ever in Roanoke again I would definitely stay there!

This hotel is lovely the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great, right ooff the highway and surrounded by many places to dine. This hotel has contracts with Airlines and the best rooms are held for flight crews. When I arrived there weren’t any rooms available that wasn’t by an exit door so the first 2 nights I didn’t get much sleep. When I requested to change I was put in front of the elevator so I specifically asked for high floor not by the exit or elevator. The lady that accommodated my request was a little annoyed nonetheless she made it happen. Coming back to Roanoke after being in larger cities it’s always a travel back into time.

Breakfast was good, felt more homemade. The rooms are nice and quiet. Shower in room was poorly updated and held water in pan and did not properly drain. Also the king room I was given had no microwave. Apparently only certain rooms have microwaves. Half the channels on the TV didn't come in.
