Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Derby

“During 4 days, nobody made our room up….. ”

“Súper bien, hotel bonito, practico y con facilidades de comida rapida y rica.”

“La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. ”

“The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

“Very clean and well kept property. Friendly and helpful staff. Our dog stayed with us at no extra charge and the overall price was excellent value. As they do accommodate pets, it maybe an idea to have external litter bins. Apart from that our stay was great and we will be back.”

“Hotel agradable, limpio y comodo”

“Perfect as always”

“The staff were excellent and very chatty and made you feel really welcome”

“Good food available. Close to downtown.”

“George and his staff were excellent, very helpful and lovely hosts. Our top floor room was fabulous, with a huge comfy bed and roll top bath, luxury! Would definitely stay again.”

“8/10”

“Nce”

“No frills, just what you expect for the money.”

“La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue amable, nos incluyeron el desayuno ya que está en remodelación el restaurante”

“Lovely room, however only 2 plug sockets on the lower part of the wall which wasn't practical for using the kettle Shower was unpredictable, hot one day and cold the next Lovely pub and food , great staff Overall a nice place to stay”
