A lovely hotel. Nice Spa. Pool area is nicely done Roman style architecture although pool is showing signs of ageing a bit. Gym. Nice enough breakfast area and place near reception to have a drink. Room was good with AC. No fridge. They offer a free drink at the bar if you don't get your room c L eanrd and stay over 2 days.

Hotel was overall good bit dated food in restaurant was very good shower didn’t work in first room so we got upgraded to another room reception staff were excellent she even came and helped us move our stuff. Door lock went wrong on room but was sorted really quickly. We were there for 3 nights used the pool which was nice but jacuzzi was not working unfortunately. Sorry sounds a bit negative but there was a lot of good parts as well and if we were up that way again we would stay there

We have stayed here several times although on this visit we felt there was a different atmosphere. Reception staff were very efficient and yet seemed less approachable. We usually enjoy the breakfast but this time it was really not worth the extra we paid for it as things like fruit and croissants ran out and weren’t replaced. The coffee machine also stopped working. The gym staff were very friendly and the workout equipment was good although the jacuzzi was out of action and the changing rooms needed a good clean. Maybe it was just a bad couple of days. We’d stay again for convenience but wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

Close to some lovely shops and a very friendly community centre with a cafe. Used the pool and jacuzzi which was nice after being on the road. Room large and comfortable with a comfy bed. Carpet a bit threadbare the only let down. Had a good nights sleep and a good choice at breakfast

The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit. We will definitely be back again soon!!

Young gentleman at reception was very polite and helpful. The room at first appeared clean and fresh but later realised the bathroom was old and worn. The basin showed signs of wear and tear and discoloured looking very unhygienic as was the shower. Very disappointed unable to open balcony door for fresh air as the room soon became stuffy. There was a sign on the door stating 'broken do not open'.

Really large and spacious rooms which were lovely and clean. Breakfast was well stocked and had plenty of choice. All of the staff were really lovely to talk to and couldnt do more to help. The spa facilities were very good and the pool is a good size with a specific area for children. The only thing I would say is the changing rooms need a little TLC especially with the paintwork above the showers; no proper ventilation so mould is starting to show. Overall though the hotel very much exceeded expectation and would happily return.

Pool was good, not the cleanest or best maintained but still ok to use. Steam room great, sauna was not working at full temperature which we were told. Hotel is dated and in need of some refurbishment. Breakfast was worth the money because we added it to the original booking- was twice the price if we’d paid on arrival.
