“During 4 days, nobody made our room up….. ”

“Unfortunately, the room didn’t make the best first impression. On arrival, there were two used bath sheets and a T-shirt left by the front door. Once inside, I noticed hairs throughout the carpet, on the bed and around the room. There was also a thick layer of dust on top of the headboard, which was particularly concerning as I’m very sensitive to dust mites. The room lacked basic information about hotel amenities, services and breakfast times/location; the only information provided was the...

“The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast.

“Lovely room in the detached cottage. Nice garden to sit in. Nice breakfast and helpful staff”
