“Absolutely beautiful stay, lovely and clean, beautiful sea view. If we stayed for more than two nights I'd get a bigger room but it was absolutely fine for two nights. The other guests were really noisy, coming in late and singing but that's not the fault of the hotel. We would definitely stay again”

“Stayed one night for a special occasion. Arrived to an empty reception and waited to be let in by the staff who says he's living there. Room was tired and needed a deep clean — springy noisy bed, dust, cobwebs and spiders. Worst part: a huge dog barking and running around directly above us all night and from 7am, which cost us our sleep and our breakfast. “The hotel was very clean, need new bed bases but comfy matress, could do with a larger sized bath towel as quite small. Well organised breakfast service, lots of choice and served quickly. Staff were all friendly, helpful and organised.”

“The room was dirty and very outdated holes in carpets and windows that didn’t close curtains didn’t fit the windows bathroom was filthy would have been cleaner getting in the shower than when you got out. No staff available when needed ended up paying £15 a day parking because no staff available to get a parking permit. Lift was broken and we were on the third floor with my mum who struggles to walk. Don’t answer emails before stay”

“Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.”
