“They charged my card an extra $200 and said I smoked in the room, which is a lie.”

“Room was not available until 6:30pm on check-in day. Concierge said they had overbooked rooms and offered to put us in a hotel in South Burlington. They were apologetic but not having a room until 3.5 hours after your check-in time is unacceptable. I expected to receive something to make up for the inconvenience but we were given nothing. Also, housekeeping is only every other day at this property. This is not acceptable at the rate they are charging.”
