I have been staying in different hotels in Plattsburgh for a few years now. This was the first for this stay and I absolutely will be staying in this hotel moving forward. Parking conditions were excellent. The room was clean and smelled great. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that I feel did not get all stars was the shower. Evening staff was pleasant and friendly. Well done!

Natural & Warm We really enjoyed our stay at the Microtel in Plattsburgh. It’s in a great location and was perfect for our family of three, especially for a short stay while passing through the area. The hotel is close to everything we needed, including Target, Walmart, and Texas Roadhouse, which made things very convenient. There was also lots of parking, so we never had to worry about finding a spot. The breakfast was simple but had a nice variety. When we arrived, quite a few items had run out because several guests came in at the same time. The staff noticed right away and quickly replenished everything, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient stay with friendly and attentive staff. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for a place to stay in Plattsburgh for a night or two!

The room is very clean, staffs were friendly and air conditioning is excellent. The rooms is average no drawers for clothing. It is a very good place to stay just for a night or two. Rate is also very affordable.

The property is very clean and they gave us an extra nice room as we were there 3 nights. The staff is great. The breakfast is good, tho it is difficult for the desk person to also keep up the breakfast area on busy days. Day staff are unusually helpful & friendly. We are sorry a dresser with drawers and a closet are not available. Only peg hooks are in some rooms. Also we are not crazy about the elimination of towel racks in the bathroom, etc., in this chain and others. Enjoyed our stay & will return.
