Instead, we were left stranded with zero advance notice. ​The host cancelled/refused our accommodation on the very day of check-in without giving us prior warning. “I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“I asked to change rooms. The first was not great at all and black silicon around base of bath. I moved to a new room, newly renovated. No heating controls, it was very hot. The worst part was the hairs in the bed and unwashed toilet bowl. Was not nice at all. ”
