“I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...

“A hidden gem!! We booked one night at The Station whilst working locally and it was fantastic! Check in was easy, convenient parking and the room was stunning! The kitchenette was a fantastic addition. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to come back 2 days later. Our go to place now when visiting Coventry. So peaceful and gorgeously designed!”
