“Bad, there was no table in the room, they didn't do room service, there were some spiders.”

“Hubicacion”

“Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all.

“Helpful staff and nice pub with decent food. Exterior room not anticipated - at back of car park and noisy with arrivals/deliveries etc. from 5am so sleep impossible. Room itself ok, basic but clean, but tiny shower room needed some tlc. Airport taxi from Gatwick a rip-off at £27: local one back £17! ”

“The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population.”

“The room was not clean, the food was disgusting and the place was loud all hours with drunk men and school trips. Only positive was that the bar lady was nice”

“I was very pleased with the continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations.”

“fantastic staff, clean room, comfy bed, i went for concert at brighton dome and is ideal. would definitely stay there again”

“Great option and very nice peaceful area”
