“There was no hot water. Noisy until late.”

“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Amazing staff, beautiful rooftop views, spacious rooms, easy free parking. I would recommend posting signs requiring guests to clean up after partying. Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them”

“Wonderful northerly and eastern views toward Story Bridge and beyond. Keys and parking easily accessed. Ideal location for river walks, eateries, markets in the Botanic Gardens. Lifts were fast and no wait with direct access to car. Would happily stay again.”

“I had booked the room last year for 4 people in a doorm and when I arrived they had put all of us in different rooms it’s not what I had booked. It was dirty and to see a mop bucket emptied in the communal kitchen was just disgusting as it’s were people cook.”

“I loved the place. Very convenient to places in the downtown area. I felt very secure and safe. If you want to be conveniently located this place is IDEAL. Close to the Botanical Gardens, restaurants and the CBD. Equipped with a washer and dryer. The view is phenomenal!”

“False advertising! Expedia page shows carport picture, and description includes "parking included", "washer/dryer", but when we arrived, the parking spot was occupied. When asked, they said street parking is available! The picture shown in Expedia is to deceive you! They don't have parking for you! Then washer and dryer, "washer/dryer included" was the description, to most people it means washer and dryer functions are there (may be the same unit). But there was no dryer! We delayed our...

“This was a fabulous apartment! Great location! Lovely space inside the apartment and very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if I was ever back in Brisbane. Highly recommend!”
