We had great service and early check-in. Some issues with the plumbing which got sorted out while we were out. Rooms are small and basic, location is excellent. Great for a cheap home base in the city while in Brisbane.

The hotel is walking distance from Roma Street and relatively easy to walk to with a large suitcase. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quiet. Good price for the location. Room is basic but has everything you need. Pleasantly surprised.

The location of the property was accessible to transportation and walking distance to shops etc. The room was not clean and the cleaning staff left our door open. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was extremely small.

Our bathroom was filthy, the shower was mouldy and there was previous guests hair in the sink, we were given half a roll of toilet paper, the air conditioner was for cooling only and they provided us with a very small oil heater. breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was lovely. We chose this hotel on expedia 4 star rating and good reviews and we are very disappointed.
