Temporary lobby during building work, but good service maintained. Large room with the usual services, and convenient walking distances to my conference venue, shops, cafes and public transport. Also close to entertainment venues if I had needed them.

The.propery is dated and undergoing renovation. That said, the renos had no impact and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Great location near action at Queen St. Definitely a tourist area, lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, etc. We had.l breakfast there and highly recommend it - good for price. Pool under construction. Self serve coin operated laundry available. Would recommend - good hotel for price. Front desk staff helpful!!

Family of 4 stayed in room 1301. Level 13 offered surprisingly good views of the river. The room was recently renovated which was great. Two king beds made from two singles each. Aircon was good. Great location A few cons for the room: 1. No ventilation in the bathroom 2. Un-finished architraves in the room, looks untidy. 3. No sound proofing for the windows so you can hear everything going on downstairs and on the main street - George St There’s a lot of renovations going on and once completed it should be a good cbd hotel to stay in Parking was $30 extra and only small cars would fit I would definitely stay again for the price we got ~ $250/night

It would have been nice for Expedia to mention that this Hotel was undergoing extensive renovations. The street entrance resembled a full on construction site. However, once inside your room, it was very clean, although the finish was a bit knocked about. All in all for the price it was very disappointing

The staff, the room and location was excellent. Parking area very small and lots of renovations which is clearly stated on their booking sites. Most floors are being renovated so if you’re ok with a bit of noise in the morning and don’t mind the renovations around you then it’s perfect. We will return, family room was a large.
